A recent study in Soroka hospital in Beersheva has found that hypnosis during IVF can double success rates . The study of 185 women found a success rate of 28% compared to 14% in the control group . Though a relatively small study the findings are certainly interesting as more and more research seems to be finding a corelation between the Mind and how the body functions . I found Hypnosis a useful tool personally during treatement . Has anyone else had experience during infertility ?

I found the Kite clinic , for acupuncture really helped . Also Acebabes the national support for families following assisted conception was amazing after our first child and then subsequent failed attempts . Foresight were great for nutritional help and I liked books or articles about similar experiences to know I wasnt alone . At one point we felt like we literally had tried everything , even my husband eating Pine bark tablets ...dont ask !!
